"So I had this beat that I've been wanting to use for a long ass time," Saiyr scooted closer to me so I could see her laptop. "I wrote a couple lyrics but, it definitely needs some work." I nodded and pressed play. "What I wrote goes like this. All of these excuses, say I'm the one that made you ruthless, but you're the reason I'm crazy and with you I feel useless. I let you have it, you took me for granted. Always wanna play the victim, when they don't know the truth is. You left me this scar on my heart. When I'd never take it that far..."

I smiled and looked at her. "Okayyy, I'm feeling the vibe," I restarted the beat and cleared my throat. "You say I'm trippin', bullshit. You're the one to make me do shit, you're the one to make me feel it, the feeling of stupid," she chuckled and I continued. "I was in your corner when you were putting me through shit. Now you wanna leave, no you leaving me was foolish," she nodded at me to keep going. "You left me this scar on my heart. And I left you a brand new car," I shrugged. "How nice of you, the price of true love. True love is absolute."

She nodded smiling. "So what more can I say? You make me this way. What more can I say? You make me this way."

"Hell yeah, we can put your part after that, just add more, then we repeat what you just said and boom, we got our first song."

She nodded. "Shit, we need to write this down before we forget." She quickly pulled out her phone and opened the notes. After she typed her part she handed me her phone. "Here put your part right there."

I nodded writing down my part. "Welp this was fun," I gave her the phone back and stood. "Same time tomorrow."

"What - sit your ass down, why are you in such a rush?" She grabbed my forearm and pulled me back onto the couch.

I pouted. "I'm sorry."

She chuckled. "What's going on?"

I shrugged. "I just really want to be with Jazzy."

She frowned her eyebrows. "Who's Jazzy?"

"Oh yeah, she's a friend."

She smirked. "Right, just a friend," she shook her head. "Can you hold in your needs for two more hours? We can literally finish this song today."

I nodded smiling softly. "Of course I can, fuck Jasmine I just realized I'm literally alone in a room with Saiyr."

She chuckled. "Right? How'd you forget that a Goddess is sitting right next to you?"

I smacked my lips. "Foolish me."

She smiled and replayed the beat. "Now lets listen to the beat and add parts where we see fit."

I nodded and listened to the music. Saiyr started to hum and type stuff into her phone while I closed my eyes again and threw my head back.

"I honestly think your part is done, we could sing together on the chorus some but other than that..."

"Yeah I'm kind of a musical genius."

She smacked her lips. "Your alright."

"Shhh, I get your not a musical genius like me and you need more time to come up with-"

She put her hand over my mouth and, purely out of reflex, I licked her hand.

She jumped back moving her hand. She stared at me with wide eyes and I'm pretty sure I was looking at her the same way. After a few seconds of just staring at each other, we both burst out laughing.

"You licked me." She laughed out.

I shook my head smiling. "I know I'm sorry - actually I'm not, your hand oddly taste like strawberries."
