"Mi amor..." Bruno said softly as we walked to the Casita "I can't wait for you to meet my family, they're gonna love you!"
I played with my hair and said "I-I'm so nervous..."
"Don't worry mi vida." Bruno said while kissing my cheek "There's no need to be nervous, My family's very loving!"
I took a deep breath and said "Okay... let's meet your family."
"That's the spirit!" Bruno smiled while gently grabbing my hand. "Come, let's go inside, they're waiting for us."
As Bruno opened the door, he yelled out "Familia! Y/n's here!"
Everyone stopped what they were doing and they ran up to me and Bruno with smiles on their faces.
"Hello Brunito." smiled the older woman as she smiled at Bruno, then at me "Who is this wonderful young woman?"
"This is my girlfriend, mom." Bruno smiles, "Her name is Y/n."
The older woman smiled at me and said "Hello Y/n, I'm Bruno's mother, Alma Madrigal. But you may call me Abuela instead."
"O-Okay." Y/n smiled "I'll call you Abuela Madrigal then!"
"Such a nice lady." Abuela said with a smile before turning to everyone "Everyone, please introduce yourselves, make Y/n feel welcomed!"
As everyone walked up towards me, they told me their names, their gifts, and their lives. Everything was nice, Everyone was nice, I felt more comfortable with Bruno's family.
Hours passed and we started to eat our meals, everything tasted nice and I started to like being over here.
"Everyone..." Bruno said while getting up "I have a surprise for you, Y/n L/n."
As Bruno turned to me, he got on his knees and turned to me "Y/n.. those past few years I've loved you since, You've been my best friend and my lover... and I want to be more... Y/n..."
Then Bruno pulled out a diamond ring, causing me to smile and his family to gasp happily
"Will you marry me??!" Bruno smiled as tears of happiness rolled down his eyes.
"Y-Yes!" I smiled, "I will marry you!"
As Bruno put the ring on my finger, he pulled me into a hug and kissed me, causing everyone to cheer while clapping
As Bruno ended the kiss he whispered "You don't have to be alone anymore... You're finally mine! I won't let you go!"
That's right..... I'm not alone anymore, I'm with the man that I love. And that is Bruno Madrigal
