Rebuilding Friendships

2 days after the previous chapter Tree's P.O.V:

During our meeting Vortex and Fanny tell us about this mission they were on to restore balance to the club Iance, Remote is acting a little jealous that Vortex didn't think to let her in on it, I think it's perfectly reasonable that they did it alone, it was personal to Fanny and she seemed to trust Vortex enough to have him help her so I don't mind. 

Tree: I'm quite proud that you pulled that off so successfully.

Pen: so wait you got help from a face on the floor??? What sense dose that make!?

Vortex: I'm thinking the same thing as you are buddy.

Oh right that guy too, according to Vortex's description of him, it seems I'm not the only Aussie in the school, well that's good to know. It's also really good to hear that Iance won't have such a toxic atmosphere anymore, speaking of Iance...

*knock knock*

Pie goes to get the door, as she opens it there 'stood' Lightning another member of Iance, I wonder what he's here for?

Lightning: Uhh.. hey guys, Hi Fanny.

Fanny rolls her eyes

Liy: Lightning. what a coincidence, we were just discussing the current state of Iance, How are things over there?

Lightning: Well it's call FreeSmart now, other than that i dunno, I kinda did a Fanny left that club.

Vortex: I thought that you joined to make friends.

Lightning: Yeah, but almost like Fanny said I felt traumatized having be used as a tool of torture so I thought a different club would set a better atmosphere for me. At least Bubble was understanding of that.

Pie: Hold up, are you saying..?

Lightning: Yup! I want to join Death P.A.C.T.! I may have killed dozens of people before but... I want to make up for that. So can I be one of you guys?

Liy: That's a motive similar to mine, well of course you can join.

Lightning: YES! Oh and don't worry Fanny, I'll never zap you ever again!

This is a surprise first we got Vortex, then Pen, after that Fanny joined, and now Lightning. We're gonna need to find a bigger table at the cafeteria if we're gonna continue our gatherings.

Vortex: So Lightning, how's everyone else on ianc- FreeSmart, y'know as of when you left?

Lightning: I think Snowball and Flower decided to quit too, something about neither of them having a proper reason to be part of the club in the first place or something.

Bottle: So the only members now are Bubble, Ruby, Match and Pencil?

Lightning: Actually on my way here I saw that those four were on their way to *8names* club, Maybe they are looking for new members from there.

Fanny got up after hearing that and walked off.

Tree: where are you going? 

Fanny: Just to confirm something, I'll be right back.

Vortex: I'll follow her.

Tree: Ok then, see you later I guess.

Both Fanny and Vortex temporaily leave the room as I look back to the rest of the club Liy, Remote, Pie and Pen had a smug look to them looking right at me.

Liy: So.. anything going on between you and Vortex?

Tree: what?

Pen: Dude, you totally like him.
