Confession

Black Hole's P.O.V:

I continue to fly over New Yoyle City to find Tree, as I look around from what's called a bird's eye view I notice how totaled most of the lower buildings are thank to that underground volcano. Lot's of people seem to be checking on their homes likely for the damage, that gave me an idea of where to find Tree but then I remembered... I don't know where Tree lives. I then see some people who might be of help.

Black Hole: It's Basketball, maybe she knows where Tree lives.

I hover down to Basketball and 8-Ball who gives a vacant wave as I speak with Basketball.

Black Hole: Hey guys, sorry for dropping in but I could use some help.

Basketball: Oh hey there Black Hole, what do you need?

Black Hole: Do any of you two know where Tree lives? There's... something I want to tell him...

Basketball: Hmm... I don't think I really know. Oh wait! 8-Ball you're great with numbers, any chance you know Tree's home address?

8-Ball: I am good with numbers, despite not having a favorite number. I also do know where Tree lives as I'm in that same neighborhood.

Black Hole: Ok, could you tell me then.

8-Ball: Sure, Tree lives in the suburban part of New Yoyle City, specifically house 2010 on Murderer Trout Ave.

I write the address and the directions 8-Ball gives me into my notebook.

Black Hole: Ok thanks.

Basketball: What are planning to talk to him about anyway?

Black Hole: Oh. Well... It's um... a little bit personal at the moment....

8-Ball: Your head is glowing, is that normal.

Black Hole: Huh? Oh!

I quickly pull my hood up to cover the light of my accretion disk with an embarrassed chuckle.

Black Hole: That's my accretion disk, I usually keep it more hidden but it seems to reveal itself via strong emotions... heh heh... Anyway-got-to-go-bye!

*whoosh*

Well that was embarrassing... anyway, after flying over Murderer Trout Avenue for a while I finally found Tree right in front of a burn down house... that can't mean well. I fly down there to check on him, he's down on his knees in the middle of his front lawn with a distraught look on his face, this had to have been his house I feel really bad for him.

Black Hole: Tree? Are you ok?

Tree: Wha-? Oh, it's you Black Hole. Not really, my house has been burnt down by the lava, almost the entire avenue is.

I get down on a knee and place my arm around him like I did in the theatre months back and comfort him.

Black Hole: I bet it was a really nice place.

 Tree: *sniff* It was, and steady in price... I worked really hard to have my own home only for it to be ruined... 

Black Hole: I take it you don't live with your parents like most of the others huh?

Tree: I used to... Keep this between us, but was given the boot by my father after coming out as gay.

Black Hole: Oh that's just messed up, and I technically ate my parent.

Tree: Believe or not Black Hole, there are some people out there that don't like the idea of same gender love. I learned that the hard way... What brings you here anyway? I don't really have much to offer anymore.

Black Hole: Oh yeah that, um... how do I put it to words? Uh.. Remember what you said to me when I had gone back to space?

Tree: You're going to have to be more specific.

Black Hole: You said that you loved me too much to have me leave this place... I didn't take it into mind until last day before fall break started when I... *sigh* I realized what you meant when you said those three words.

Tree: Are you saying you had no idea that I confessed my feelings for 4-5 days? 

Tree chuckles lightly that's actually kinda cute seeing him laugh.

Tree: You really take oblivious to another level don't you?

Black Hole: Yeeeeaaah...

Tree: ... Are you okay? Your accretion disk seems much redder than usual.

I look into the screen of my phone to find my disk is very red, I can't even see the blue or green very well. I frantically pull my hood back up and hold it there.

Black Hole: Agh-! Again? What's wrong with it?

Tree: I suppose you came to talk to me about how you feel finally? You kind of left me hanging from that.

Black Hole: Yeah, actually I.. I am... I 

C'mon Black Hole you can't choke on your own words now! Just keep calm... and say what you want...

Black Hole: I'm not used to this love thing but... ugh, forget it!

Tree: What-? OH! Okay.

I pull Tree in to hug him tightly, not too tight to end up hurting him but tight in a comforting way.

Black Hole: (slight whispering) I wish I was able to kiss you..

Tree remains silent for a few moments, I was starting to get nervous... but then I feel his arms around me and he nudged his head closer to mine and kisses the side of my hood.

Black Hole: ...

Tree: Would that do?

Black Hole: It's a start.

Our hug stays this way for a while, just the two of us in each other's embrace content. Eventually Tree had let go of me and got back up, so did I.

Black Hole: I guess this makes up boyfriends now..?

Tree: Yep.

Bracelety: YAY! 

Me and Tree both snap our heads to the side of the road and see Bracelety cheering crazily like usual as she runs off.

Bracelety: TREEHOLE HAS BECOME A REALITY!!!

Black Hole & Tree: .....

Black Hole: Uh... "Treehole"???

Tree: D-Don't ask... (it's a step up from Treetex at least)

(Author's NOTE: Sorry for not posting this at the time I should've, I just got put on some anxiety medications and they are currently messing up my ability to sleep and making me wake up at 2AM. So, you can tell I was too tired to write anything then, but this chapter is up now.)
