I'm walking around the hospital, and I find Derek with Meredith and Cristina.

Derek: there you are! You're with me.

Meredith: seriously?

Savannah: uh, I was supposed to be doing scut today.

Derek: not anymore.

Cristina: you know, you can page me when you have something.

Derek: I have something.

We made our way into the lobby, and I notice Derek's face fall when he sees Mark with a very beautiful younger woman.

Derek: oh, come on. Amy?

Amy: well, if you'd pick up the damn phone, I wouldn't have to stalk you.

Mark: yeah. Why didn't you call your sister?

My eyes grow wide as I look between Amy and Derek. Okay, yeah, I see the resemblance.

Derek: Meredith, Cristina, Savannah, this is Amy.

Amy: Amelia. He's the only one who gets to call me Amy. Um, nice to finally meet you.

Amelia and Meredith shake hands.

Meredith: likewise.

Mark: Amy—

Amelia glares at Mark.

Mark: Amelia– is also a neurosurgeon.

Cristina: another one?

Savannah: wow. You Shepherds grow them like weeds.

Derek: who's this, your husband?

Amy: Derek, this is Tom.

Todd: Todd.

Derek: oh, best of luck to you both.

Amy: no, we met on the plane. He has a probable pituitary tumor.

Derek: did she say you had spongy hands?

Todd: yeah.

Derek: yeah. Were your hands on her breasts at the time?

Todd: yeah.

Derek: so this was a mile-high hookup?

Amy: that doesn't change the fact that he's a very sick man.

Meredith: if he has symptoms, it could be a tumor.

Amy: not just "could". It– it is.

Derek: alright. Well, this fine lady will find you a surgeon.

Meredith: Derek, she's your sister. You can buy her a cup of coffee.

Derek: I have a lot of sisters, and if I bought them all coffee, we wouldn't have anything.

Meredith: Derek—

Derek: alright, Todd needs a work up. Will you take care of it?

Meredith: I can do it.

Derek: Yang's on my service, and so is Savannah. Why don't you just go a have a good day with Amy, okay? She's a laugh a minute.

Derek walks off and I follow him.

Savannah: that's your youngest sister, right?

Derek: yeah.

Savannah: Derek, you should at least try and be a bit nicer to her.

Derek: I know that she's going to drive me crazy today, so I need you by my side. Please.

Savannah: okay.
