"Go Ampharos" Lt. Surge released the Pokemon inside.
Ampharos is a yellow, bipedal Pokemon with a white belly. It has conical ears with black stripes and a red orb on its forehead. Its long neck has several black rings around it near the base. Its stubby arms resemble flippers and each foot has a single white nail. It has a long, black-striped tail with a red orb at the tip. The orb on its tail can shine so bright, that it can be seen from space.
"No holding back. Mega Evolve" Lt. Surge yelled as he touched the Dog Tag which was around his neck.
4 Strings of Energy came out from his Dog Tag as Ampharos revealed his Keystone Dog Tag.
"Ammmmmppppppphhhhhhaaaaaaa" Ampharos said in a low tone as if it was singing a Song.
As it mega evolved its toes turned black and it regrows white wool at the back of its head and over its tail, having its genes stimulated by Mega Evolution. Its long wooly tail has many small, red orbs attached to it. Its conical ears retain their stripes but are now segmented with swirled tips.

"Am" Ampharos said as it looked at Toxtricity.
"DAMN IT" Ash thought "I did not expect him to Mega Evolve such a Powerful Pokemon"
Ampharos was considered as one of the Strongest Non-Legendary, Pseudo Legendary Pokemon ever.
"Use Electric Terrain" Lt. Surge commanded.
"Grrr. Ampharos is now a part Electric and Dragon-Type. It has double advantage against Toxtricity" Ash grit his teeth in anger.
"Ampharos use Dragon Pulse" Lt. Surge commanded as Ampharos formed a Purple Ball of Energy in his mouth.
"Toxtricity, Use Protect" Ash commanded as Toxtricity formed a Yellow Colored Barrier around him.
"Ammmmmmm" Ampharos fired the Dragon Pulse on Toxtricity which got completely blocked by the Protect.
"Now. THUNDERBOLT" Lt. Surge commanded as Ampharos's horn-like structures started sparking electricity.
It gathered up all the Electricity and fired a Thunderbolt at Toxtricity.
Toxtricit's Protect was still intact so he was able to protect himself from the Attack.
It's better to say that Toxtricity was struggling.
Even though he was strong as hell, Ampharos had the Upperhand and it was trained for a WAY LONGER time than him.
"Damn It" Ash mumbled as he grit his teeth. He saw Toxtricity's Protect breaking causing him to grit his teeth more.
"Toxxxxxx" Toxtricity yelled as it's protect shattered.
Toxtricity took the ThunderBolt and screamed in pain. It's body was getting weaker and weaker.
