"I get it, saving Sectonia is probably a stupid thing to do. There's a high guarantee that they'll come after us but it has to be done." Mollie explained to Faye.

She didn't understand how saving Sectonia would help to keep Dreamland safe. After all, Dreamland was currently in the sky, hoisted up by vines. Those vines weren't necessarily stable either.

Without further thought or questioning, Faye made up her mind,"No, no, I do not think I will help."

With that, she gracefully spread her wings and made a grand exit.

"Damnit." Mollie muttered, in anguish,"Well, I'll ruin it for them as well."

Faye met up with her sisters to discuss some important matters,"So, are the others in good health? I do not want to take out this Queen if our King is not coping too well." Faye told them.
"The King's fine, he should be up and ready in a matter of hours. Y'know, nothing like a good night's rest-"

Becca was interrupted by the sound of someone crying. "That's my cue. Welp, coming with me?"

The two nodded their heads in unison and followed her through to the King's room. To no surprise, they found him sobbing bitterly, from the trauma possibly.

Awkwardly, Maddie approached him. She wasn't the best at comforting people at all. No, she was a good friend but she just struggled to help people in situations as such.

Filled with sympathy, Faye thoughtlessly rushed to the side of the traumatized monarch. Wrapping her arms around him, she pulled him into a hug and reassured him that he would never have to go through that again. "Shh, it is okay. I promise you that you will never ever have to put up with that ever again. Promise." She reassured.

He listened to her words and thanked her for being so kind towards him. Faye said it was nothing and left him be so he could sleep, saying that she would return if he were to have another nightmare.

In admiration, her sisters stared at her. Neither of them knew of her softer side and it was amusing to know it existed.

Rolling her eyes, she thought her sisters were making rude remarks about her being so soft. Striding down the halls, she felt a sense of tranquility. Nothing but silence and gentle breathing filled the air, paired with the rhythmic sound of her own footsteps.

Before she went to bed, she checked on everyone else to make sure they were alright. When she found Zan, she saw how distressed she was, mumbling to herself about how she would never get her sisters back. So, being the big sister of the group, she knew it was her job to reassure Zan that everything would be simply roses in the end.

Approaching her calmly, Faye mustered up the courage to speak,"Hey, I saw you were crying by yourself..is everything okay?"

Zan's cries choked every word in her throat, so she just merely shook her head. "Hey, we will get your sisters back. Kirby defeated Void Termina so I am sure he will defeat Queen Sectonia as well." Faye softly said, trying her best to convince Zan that her sisters would be alright.

This seemed to comfort Zan Partizanne. It was evident that it did because Faye saw her fall asleep. Satisfied with her work, Faye left the room and made her way over to the room that Kirby and (Y/n) were staying in.

Nothing out of the ordinary as expected. Both of the younglings were fast asleep, only making Faye's job easier.

She found no need to stay where she clearly didn't belong.

Dropping slightly, her eyelids blocked her view and indicated that it was time to go to sleep. Tiredly, she continued down the hall to check on everyone. It took more than a mild feeling of drowsiness to make her retreat to her room.

Checking on everyone took longer than she had anticipated. The clock struck midnight as a truly exhausted Faye clambered into bed.

"Pft, novice." Meta Knight teased, watching from the doorway.

He returned to his own room and went to sleep, knowing that tomorrow...

Would be a big day.
