Resuming their adventure, they got up and walked onwards. The journey they had embarked on was beginning to tear through into another day.

Kirby and Bandana Waddle Dee began to fall behind the others, complaining about the lack of sleep.

Galacta Knight was about to make a cocky remark before a creature suddenly tore through the ground, causing it to crack and crumble.

Galaxia had already been drawn when Chameleo Arm reared its head out of the ripped up floor. The heavenly blade was pointed directly at the creature's eye, threatening to gauge it out if it dared to play dirty.

For the most part, it closely resembled a chameleon; it had the ability to colour change and moved around the ground in a sly manner. The only thing that separated the two creatures was the fact that Chameleo Arm also had the appearance of an arm, as it had no legs.

Idly, it blinked at the sight of Galaxia and dared not to move. A moment passed with nothing happening, just intense glares at the sudden enterer.

Then, without warning, it tunneled back into the rocky surface to the depths of the underground before emerging once again and holding Dedede by the robes. Helplessly, the Monarch dangled by his robe from the monster's mouth, worried he would be dropped from the height and die.

Every member of the cluster eyed the creature coldly yet stood absolutely still. They were at its mercy as it held their acquaintance hostage, leaving them hopeless.

That was until Meta Knight drew back Galaxia and tossed her into the eye of the beast, causing it to squirm and whine out in pain. As expected, Dedede fell and landed directly on the creature's stomach; it was too preoccupied to bother to make any attempts to harm him.

Dusting his robes off, the king yanked Galaxia from Chameleo Arm's flooded eye socket. After he did that, it burst into a flurry of Star Power that Kirby collected.

Galacta Knight patted Meta Knight on the back for his well thought out idea, crediting him generously for his contribution to the overall plan.

The King watched their interaction and gave a fake cough to gather their attention,"Look lovebirds, we have work to do." He uttered with a growing smirk.

Both of the knights pulled away from each other and awkwardly followed behind King Dedede.

Sometimes, he got in the way of things.

And today, he certainly had gotten in the way a lot.
