I mixed blackbanana's request with smollora's request because they went together really easily, sorry if y'all are unhappy about that, let me know and I'll make it up to you.

Heads up, I don't have too much knowledge on a lot of these things so I tried to keep it short and pretty basic.

"Oh whoa you guys are pretty dazzling in real life. You all sounded amazing tonight by the way. This is Anna, she's a bit shy but she really loves you all."

I waved and shot a grin to the younger girl stood at her Mum's side while Liam thanked the woman. She smiles back, her face turning red.

We took some photos with the two of them and then said goodbye as we had a line of people waiting outside for the backstage meet and greet we had going on. We'd just done a concert and honestly I was itching to get back the hotel but we had to stick around for a little bit longer. I didn't mind that much, I could wait.

"Ugh I'm exhausted" Niall ran his hand over his face.

"I think we've got a bit to go still Ni, hang in there" Liam chuckled, nudging his shoulder lightly.

"At least try to enjoy it" Louis laughed, "you look miserable. Smile dude."

I rubbed at my forehead, trying to drive awake the ache that was settling in. The next group of people filtered into the room and we went through the same process all over again. I loved meeting everyone but I agreed with Niall. I was totally exhausted and craving a bed.

Plus I could tell my sugars were acting up. As people came in an out of the room and time continued to pass the simple headache progressed into a more thudding pain and everything just felt off. I always felt weird when I started getting low, it was somewhat of a warning for what was to come. I'd had type one diabetes since I was kid, it wasn't like I couldn't recognise the signs. I was kind of expecting it tonight to be honest.

I took the usual shot of insulin before we had a small pre-concert serving of fried rice and I snacked on a few sweets on stage but I knew that it wasn't enough to keep me going for very long. I figured I'd be able to eat during the meet and greet but I couldn't get away and I didn't have anything on me.

Unfortunately neither did the lads so I just had to manage until we could get out of here. I didn't want to pester any of the guards about something as stupid as food, they'd think I was just a bossy, needy celeb.

"Everything good with you H?" Louis knocked my side.

"Yeah, so far so good" I nodded. Maybe I was purely being stubborn, but I didn't see much point it letting the lads know about the headache. They'd obviously spent enough time around me to know the signs too and I didn't want to cause anything, not over a headache. There were still people waiting, I wanted to finish up before I let myself act all pathetic.

"Let us know if anything changes though, you know, if you start feeling funny or anything. We'll get some food in here" Liam patted my back and grinned cheerfully. I nodded and turned to see that our next group of visitors was here.

Half an hour later I couldn't help but sit down on the couch. I hated sitting when there were people coming to see us, what if they thought I was being rude?

I couldn't help it though.

My hands had begun to tremble and I was starting to feel kind of fuzzy all over. If I could just take a couple of minutes to put myself together I'd be fine. We only had another quarter of an hour approximately anyway. I felt like I could last that long.

"Can we take a quick break? Five minutes tops?" I heard Liam ask the large man in the doorway.

"No! We're fine, keep going!" I exclaimed a little shakily.
