Suga has many pet names for you, but his favorite is most definitely my beautiful girl.
He will also use the sweet terms such as princess, love, and angel.
In public he will mostly adress you by your real name or use a cute honorific or abreviation of your full name, but occasionally if he's feeling love-y enough, he'll use a nickname or two.

Akaashi has less of a collection, mainly using his favorite, my pretty girl.
A few of the other include basics such as babe, love, and beauty.
He will use your nicknames around people you're both close to like the members of Fukurodani or another team like Nekoma, but in public situations where everyone is basically a stranger, he'll stick to formally adressing you by your full first name. However he may attach a cute honorific as well.
