- I love writing, endlessly. This fan-fic was drafted in one of my notebooks, each pov switch taking around 15 pages. But I have found that 15 pages of words is a lot to put into one Wattpad chapter. The last chapter wasn't even 3 whole pages. (Along with edits I've made).

Anyway, remember to drink water today!

Happy reading :)

Hunter and I flew up into the sky, the breeze, moving gently through our hair as we cut swiftly across the sky.

"It's sorta dangerous to be doing this in the human realm but I used to go on night flies all the time back in the demon realm so it's one thing that feels kind of normal." I said, glancing at Hunter. The moonlight danced over him, lighting up his hair, his face, his clothes. His smile was visible in the pale light, and I was happy it was.

We flew further up into the sky, until the moon seemed so close, I could just reach out and grab it. I looked down on the town and smiled.

"I wanna try something." I said, reaching my hand out to Hunter. He raised an eyebrow, but nodded and took my hand and held it tightly. I carefully stood up on my staff, lifting my other arm into the open air with a laugh.

Hunter held my hand tighter and squeaked a bit, the way he did when he was nervous, or hurt. After a moment once he saw that I was okay, he smiled back at me, that really cute smile that caused his cheeks to dimple. I sat back down on my staff, and he reluctantly let go of my hand.

I moved a piece of hair out of my face and readjusted my glasses. Even as I looked up into the endless sky, I could feel Hunter's eyes on me. And I really didn't mind, either.

He opened his mouth to say something but was hit in the chest by something. I caught it and examined it. It was a little foam stick. It was blue on the foam part but the tip was rubbery and orange. There were words on the side that said Nerf, in a cool font.

"Did that hurt?" I asked, spinning it in my hands a couple times. Hunter shook his head and I threw it back down below us. There was a man, with a bright orange and blue shooter-gun-thing, on the ground trying to hit us with the foam bullets.

"Oh yeah, and then there's him." I said. Hunter looked down. "Who?" I pointed at the man, who was now aiming the bullets up to the sky again. "He's the old museum operator. He's witch and demon crazed, and everyone thinks he's nuts though. I see him a lot of nights."

"He doesn't bother you too much does he?" Hunter asked. I looked at him and giggled. He looked almost worried. "No, he's kinda like a fly. Annoying but not a huge inconvenience." He nodded and looked back down at the man.

We stopped at a large tree and sat on a thick branch, facing the moon. Hunter sighed, taking in the view. I got out my scroll and went to PenstaGram. No one had posted anything since the day of Unity. I knew no one would've but I keep checking, hoping that one day, they'll be a new post. From a student at Hexide. Or my Dads. Anyone. Just saying they're okay. I sighed and meant to scroll down but accidentally ran my finger over the camera icon and the rear camera turned on. Hunter's face was visible in the camera and he had been looking at me thoughtfully.

Once he realized camera mode was on, he swiftly turned his face away, turning pink in the process. "I caught you lookin'" I said. "No you didn't" He replied, crossing his arms. "Mhm, sure. Now take a picture with me."

I held out the scroll and we both smiled brightly. I looked at the photo and zoomed in to my head, then turned to Hunter, who was silently laughing.

"Did you give me bunny ears??" I asked trying to hold back a laugh, my voice high. He smiled mischievously.
