Just vacation things - Hunter

- Sorry this took forever and ever to write because I had a plan for this and then decided to ditch it, but then I had no idea what else to do with it and at the same time I'm still prepping to move.

I'm trying my best here.

Willow and I spent the rest of the day on the beach explaining everything to Ryan. 

He seemed really intrigued and excited to hear anything and everything about the Boiling Isles. 

He was laying on his stomach on his beach towel, rubbing the spot on his head where I chucked the beach ball at him. It was still red.

I wasn't aware I had that kind of power.

"So what other magic can you guys do?" He asked.

"I can't do magic without Flapjack," I started, then gestured to Willow. "But Willow is one of the most powerful witches I know."

Willow smiled at me. "Awe thanks."

"You guys are a really sweet couple. Y'know in the whole-" Ryan gestured around aimlessly with his hand. "demon realm thing you didn't tell me how you guys met. I do know that Hunter had the whole uh- what was it, emperors oven thing so was it like an enemies to lovers sort of thing orrrrr....?"

"Emperors oven?" I repeated to myself.

"I'm sorry what?" Willow asked.

"Well like you and Hunter started off as enemies, but then ended up liking each other. Enemies to lovers! My boyfriend's read a few books like that before.."

Willow let out a small laugh. Even her smallest, quietest laughs made my heart jump. 

"I never thought of Hunter as an enemy. I was actually really impressed with him when I first met him, I thought he was the perfect candidate to join my flyer derby team!" She explained. 

I hadn't realized that's what she thought the whole time. "Wait really?"

"Yeah? I don't snatch just anyone out of the sky, Hunter. Puddles had your shoe and you got it back flyer derby style, and really well I might add, how else was I supposed to get your attention?"

I shrugged. 

As Willow continued to talk to Ryan, I thought a little to myself. It had been a really long time since I had played flyer derby. I missed the Emerald Entrails, even if I hadn't really played with them very long.

...And I tried to kidnap them and their palismen to give to Belos. I'd rather not think about that though. 

I would rather think about how by doing that I got to meet Willow, and Luz, and from there I met Gus and Camila and Vee, and from there Lila, Sabrina, Jack and Ryan. It was like a chain reaction, one that gave me everything I am today.

I am Hunter Noceda. I like pancakes, flyer derby, and my friends. My sisters are Vee and Luz. My girlfriend is Willow. I have a palismen named Flapjack and a cat named Miso. I'm happy living in the human realm with Camila. I'm happy going to school with Luz.

I want to graduate from human high school and go out into the world to find out more about myself.

I'm not the same clone Belos made. I am my own person, who has people that really love me. And I love them.

The things I like and the people I've met helped me grow into the almost seventeen year old independent guy I am now, sitting peacefully on a beach, one thousand for hundred and twenty eight miles from home.

"Right Hunter?"

Willow said my name, and it snapped me out of my thoughts. 

"Are you okay?" She asked.
