Feelings are normal

They're A constant
no matter what you say, you  feel, happy, sad, angry and so many other things

there are even times when you feel empty inside
where you are missing something
I've felt that before... heartbreak, almost

I never thought that losing a close friend could be considered that
but it's painful
i remember  every single one of them
the agonizing painful stab in the chest at our silent goodbyes
there's something about loss that teaches you things

there are many forms of it
the ones I'm most acquainted with being physical and relationship wise
I've lost people literally and metaphorically

I miss them but I have come to learn that they teach you things
valuable life lessons that  shape you into who you are
whether it be good or bad
when they say there is beauty in pain,  I agree

there's something special in having the ability to feel, cry, and speak your heart

It teaches you that you're strong

that change can be good

remember the lessons that they have taught you

use them, let them aid you in bettering your decisions and advising others
