Hug an animal,

Surround yourself with family.
you MUST be patient.
Don't just accept him because he asks and you're scared to say no!
Search DEEP within
Pray and get to know him before you develop a Romantic relationship.
Save your body until you're sure it's right and you know your heart won't cry with regret like it has once before when it's over.
Love all
Even the ones who hate you. Love for the movement and don't dwell on the past.
Move forward and become a better you.
