And We Meet Again

Hello

That's what I should say

Instead I have no words

My mouth hangs open dumbly

My eyes are wide

We meet eyes and you wave

I'm frozen

I cant form words or tug a smile to my lips

I'm sorry

I feel my breath pause

My heart beat like a drum

I wonder if my body ever forgave you

I guess I have my answer

I watch from the passenger seat as you disappear

I still have no words

But now at least I can breathe
