He says he's waited twenty years for me to tell him this
But how can I love him
How can I want to surround myself with him
when he doesn't believe me
If you truly, are in love and the thought of them being in pain shatter you
then tell me why, dear soulmate
do you live with him and call him your closest friend? If I loved someone like you claim to love me, I would never, never make them feel so unloved.
How do you think I could ever love someone who justifies the abuser and denies the abused?
