I will be better
I will find a way to heal
To not let the flashbacks send shivers down my spine
I will be warm and open my heart
I will guard it but be strong enough to be true to who I am
I will love and enjoy the world
I will find the good and do whatever I can to move forward
Away from the chaos and negativity
The heat of harsh words and the bitterness of a ghostly embrace.
