serena had been walking for a decent half hour in search of fernando on the beach. he told her to meet him in front of the hotel del, but he wasn't anywhere to be found.
she knew fernando well enough by now to know he wasn't playing any jokes on her. he just had an awful sense of direction.
"serena!" a voice called from the beach. it sounded like fernando.
"nando!" she exclaimed, a sigh of relief rushing over her as they approached each other.
"i thought you stood me up," he jokingly frowned, pulling her into a hug.
"i would never," serena promised.
"come on, let's go sit down," fernando smiled, the girl taking his hand as he led them towards a clothed table with candlelight and gorgeous flowers surrounding it.
