Kai Romanoff

Harry, Ron, Hermione and Kai sat in a compartment together on the way to Hogwarts. Kai writing a letter to Nat about everything that happened the the Quidditch World Cup.
" Have you spoken to Sirius all summer?" Harry asked.
" No. Have you spoken to him?" Kai asked.
Harry nodded yes.
" What about Lupin?" Harry asked.
" Every week." Kai told him.
" I haven't spoken to him much this summer." Harry admitted.

" Yeah, he's been a bit busy with things lately. Only reason he responds to me is cause he knows what kind of trouble I get involved in." Kai joked.
" Anything from the trolley dears?" The trolley lady asked.
" A packet of drubbles and a licorice wand." Ron told her standing up.
Harry stood as well and walked to the trolley full of sweets.
" Do you want anything love?" Harry asked.
" A chocolate frog sounds good." Kai told him.

He nodded and got her one. Kai saw the Trolley lady walked away, but Harry lingered on something down the hall. After another second Harry sat next to Kai again and handed her the chocolate frog box.
" Thank you." Kai kissed his cheek.
Harry smiled and looked at her. Instead of opening box she handed it to Hermione and smiled sweetly. Hermione sighed and opened the box, immediately placing a freezing spell on the frog so it wouldn't hop away. She handed Kai back the box.

" Thank you Hermione." Kai said.
" You're welcome Kai." Hermione said matching her tone.
There was a knock at the compartment door and they all looked up. It was Cedric.
" Hello. I was wondering if I could borrow Kai for a quick chat?" Cedric asked.
" Oh yeah right, I forgot that you wanted to talk to me." Kai said placing her chocolate frog to the side and standing up.
" Hope I'm not interrupting anything." Cedric said.

" Nah not at all. I hang with these nerds all the time." Kai waved him off.
" Okay if you say so. It will only take a minute." Cedric added noticing Harry's stares.
" Where do you want to talk?" Kai asked.
" The prefects just got down with our meeting. So that compartment will be empty." Cedric told her.
" Chill, let's go. No one eat my chocolate." Kai told them before her and Cedric left.

Harry watched them walk out. What could they possible have to talk about?

The train arrived at Hogwarts and Kai still hasn't come back from her talk with Cedric. The trio unfortunately couldn't go looking for her because they were being shooed off the train and into the school.
" Where could she be?" Harry stressed as they took their seats at the Gryffindor table.
" I'm sure she'll walk in any minute now." Hermione reassured him.
" Yeah mate, don't worry. You guys just got together like two days ago she's not going to start cheating on you yet." Ron told him.

" I didn't think she was cheating? You think she will?" Harry asked.
Hermione glared at Ron.
" I-uh no Kai's not that kind of person. And she's like you since last year. I'm sure handsome Diggory isn't going to change her mind." Ron told him.
" Handsome Diggory?" Harry asked.
" No-not handsome-not like you mate. I mean you are the most good looking bloke in this entire school." Ron told him.

" Woah high compliments. You trying to steal my boyfriend Ron?" Kai asked appearing suddenly and sitting next to Harry.
" No I was just telling him that-" Ron started.
" Oh my Merlin shut up." Hermione clasped her hand over his mouth.
Ron nodded.
" Y'all are weirdos you know that." Kai said.

" Miss Romanoff." A slow voice said from behind them.
Kai sighed and turned around to look at her head of house.
" Come on Snape are we going to do this every year?" Kai asked.
" Unfortunately the rules at Hogwarts don't change for students of fame. Like yourself or Mister Potter." Snape told her.
" Ya know I saved the world." Kai said.
" I'm afraid the rules still don't change." Snape told her.

" Okay can you make an exception since I'm you're favorite student of all time?" Kai asked with a smirk.
Her friends all laughed but were silenced by Snape's glare.
" Do you want detention Miss Romanoff? On the first day? I'm sure your mother wouldn't appreciate that." Snape told her.
" Fine, fine. I'll move, but only cause you threatened me so nicely." Kai stood up.
" What is your address? Just so when you act up again I can send your mother a letter." Snape said as he walked her to the Slytherin table.

" Well uh you see we're kinda relocating right now. Since ya know are current place of living was blown up. But you can send letter to Avengers Tower New York. And you can address it to a Mister Tony Stark-" Kai sat down at the Slytherin table and called after Snape as he walked away.
Kai chuckled and and turned around fully. Everyone at the Slytherin table stared or really glared at her.

" Please no autographs." Kai joked.
They all sneered and rolled their eyes at her before turning away. Dumbledore got up and starting talking. Kai didn't really pay attention. Her thoughts still remind on New York. There was a few moments Kai thought they were done for.

She was thrown out of her thoughts by the ceiling thundering and cracking lightning. Kai looked up concerned. A man stepped out of the shadows and pointed his wand at it and fixed it. Kai looked at the man, and felt her hairs on her neck stand up. Her instincts telling her that this man was untrustworthy.

" Children this our new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor. Alastor Moody." Dumbledore introduced.
" The Auror." Draco said.
" What's an Auror?" Kai asked herself but she guess she said it loud enough for people to hear.
" He catches Dark Wizards and puts them in Azkaban. You filthy little mud-" Draco started.
" You can't call me that anymore Malfoy." Kai reminded him.

" Why not? You are." Pansy spat.
" You wanna tell them Malfoy or shall I?" Kai asked.
" Kai is actually a pure blood and is my cousin." Draco told them.
Kai looked at the other Slytherins with a cocky smile. Remus had explained to her the very complicated Black family tree over a letter during the summer.
" She's-a Black? As in Sirius Black?" Theo asked.
" He's my uncle." Kai told them.

" Don't pay her any attention. She might not be a mudblood any more but she's still not a real Slytherin." Draco said.
" Hiss, hiss bitch." Kai joked.
