  Kai pulled Harry through the courtyard.
" Kai what are we doing?" Harry asked.
" Well we have to tell Cedric about what we saw last night." Kai told him.
" Why?" Harry asked.
" Because he's my friend. And I know he'd do the same for me." Kai told him.
" Only cause he fancies you." Harry scoffed.
" Diggory does not fancy me. He's dating Cho." Kai told him.

" Oh so their official?" Harry asked.
" Yeah why?" Kai asked.
" Well Ginny owes me five sickles." Harry told her.
" I'm not sure if that's a lot or not." Kai told him honestly.
" Neither do I." Harry sighed.
" Oh look there he is." Kai found Cedric and pulled Harry towards him.

" Hey, Ced." Kai smiled walking up to them.
" Hey Kai, hi Harry." Cedric sat up and smiled back.
" Can I snag you for a minute?" Kai asked.
" Of course." Cedric nodded and stood up.
They walked away from his friends.

" What's going on?" Cedric asked.
Kai nudged Harry.
" The first task. It's dragons." Harry told him.
" Are-are you serious?" Cedric asked.
" No, Sirius is my uncle. But we are being completely honest." Kai told him.
" Do uh Fleur and Viktor know?" Cedric asked.
" Yeah." Harry nodded.

" Wow-uh thank you for um telling me." Cedric said genuinely.
" Of course, we should have a fair chance in this complete bullshit competition." Kai said.
" Looks like we know who's going for first." Cedric joked.
" I'm only competitive when I care." Kai told him.
" Yeah and the Tri-Wizards Tournament is no charades." Cedric teased having heard about the incident.

" It was actually heads-up but it's alright." Kai defended.
" Hey uh Potter-about the badges I ask them not to wear them but-" Cedric started.
" It's alright really. No one's come up to me and outright said I smell yet, so." Harry half heartily joked.
" I don't think they'd dare with the Avenger attached to you're arm." Cedric chuckled.
This time Harry smiled genuinely and chuckled as well.

" Fair point." Harry nodded.
" Thanks for the heads up guys. I appreciate it." Cedric told them one more time.
" Of course. See ya around." Kai said.
" Most definitely." Cedric nodded before walking off again.
Harry saw Ron and started after him, dragging Kai with him.

" Your a foul right git you know that?" Harry told him.
" You think so?" Ron asked.
" I know so." Harry said.
" Anything else?" Ron asked.
" Yeah-stay away from me and Kai. You can be mad at me all you want but it changes when you bring her into this." Harry told him.
" Whatever." Ron rolled his eyes and walked away.

" What a stupid prat. I can't believe he was going to let us go into the first task knowing it was dragons. I can't believe he would drag you into this and not tell you!" Harry ranted.
" Woah, hey it's alright. We know it's dragons, that's all that matters. We have way more important things to worry about right now than this pity fight between you and Ron. Come on let's just back inside get away from all these badges and-" Kai started.

" Why so tense Potter?" Draco called.
" Great now I have to deal with this." Harry rolled his eyes.
" My father and I have a bet you see. I think you won't last ten minutes in this tournament." Draco told him.
Harry let go of Kai's hand.
" Harry, do not go over and entertain him." Kai warned him.

Draco dropped out of the tree.
" He disagrees. He thinks you won't last five." Draco taunted.
Harry ignored Kai's warning and stomped towards Draco.
" I don't give a damn about what you're father thinks Malfoy. He's vile and cruel. An your pathetic." Harry spat.
Kai stayed rooted in her spot. There was no reason for her to put herself in the middle of this.

Harry started walking away back towards Kai.
She stood their with her arms folded and eyebrows raised.
" You feel better now?" Kai asked.
Harry went to reply but the commotion behind Harry caught their attention. Moody had turned Draco into a ferret. He was bouncing him up and down and stuffed him down Crabbe's pants.

" Professor Moody what are you doing?" McGonagal asked.
" Teaching." He told her.
" Teac-is that a student?!" McGonagal asked.
" Technically it's a ferret." Moody said.
Ferret Draco crawled out of Crabbe's pants and McGonagal turned him back into a boy.

" My father will hear about this!" Draco shouted.
" Is that a threat? Is that a threat? I could tell you stories about you're father that would even make you're greasy hair curl!" Moody chased him around a tree.
McGonagal stopped him and scolded him before sending the watching students on their way.

" Potter, Romanoff. With me." Moody told them as we limped off.
Harry started to walk after him but Kai grabbed his hand stopping him. He turned to looked at her. She gave him a worried look.
" It will be fine, love." Harry assured her and pulled her along.

They walked up to Mad Eyes office and inside.
He sat down and pulled off his prosthetic leg. Kai looked a mirror that had other faces in it.
" It's a foe mirror. Helps me keep an eye on my enemies. If I can see the white of their eyes, their right behind me." Moody laughed.
" Hm, I need me one of those." Kai said mostly to herself.

" You have yourself a lot of enemies Miss Romanoff?" Moody asked.
" More than most fourteen year old girls. I like to collect them, ya know like baseball cards. Or uh chocolate frog cards." Kai told him with a completely straight face.
A scream came from a trunk then silenced.
" I'm not even going to bother to tell you what's in there. You wouldn't believe me if I did." Moody told them.

Kai looked at the trunk then at Harry.
" So what are you two going to do about you're dragons." Moody asked.
" I-um-well I thought-maybe-" Harry stuttered.
" Im planning on bringing a donkey for the dragon to fall in love with." Kai told him being completely serious.
Moody and Harry gave her a very strange look.

" No Shrek fans? No, okay." Kai said.
" Sit. Listen to me, your pal Diggory by the time he was your age he could turn a whistle into a watch." Moody told them.
" Okay? Is that good?" Kai said confused.
" Very good. And Miss Delacour, is about as much as a fairy princess as I am. As for Krum he's head may be filled with sawdust. But Karkaroff's is not. They'll have a strategy, and you bet it will play to Krums strengths." Moody told them.

Harry thought it over for a moment.
" So what are you're strengths Potter?" Moody asked.
" I Uhh I don't know." Harry shrugged.
" Okay think for a moment. Romanoff, what are your strengths?" Moody asked.
" Everything. I have zero weakness, besides magic." Kai told him.
" Your best bet is to learn a shield charm. You can past the dragon easily but an extra precaution would be wise." Moody told her.

" Okay, I can do that." Kai nodded.
" Potter strengths?" Moody asked again.
" I mean I'm a fair flyer." Harry said.
" Better than fair as I've heard it." Moody said.
" He's amazing at it." Kai said.
" But I'm not allowed a broom." Harry sighed.
" You're allowed a wand." Moody told him.
