The last days of school crept up as did the last task. Wearing a her Slytherin jersey and black jeans and boots, Kai made her way down to breakfast before the task. As soon as Kai and Harry entered the Great Hall they were told by McGonagal that there was one more thing they had to do before the last task. So reluctantly Harry and Kai left their friends and followed McGonagal.

They met the other champions who also had no idea what was going on.
" Okay, just right there is a big surprise that Dumbledore arranged for you all. Congratulations to all of you, and good luck for the last task." McGonagal told them before walking away.
They all looked at each suspiciously and Cedric opened the door to go outside.

They walked out and saw a tent with their parents and family waiting with them. Kai froze seeing the families.
" What's wrong?" Harry asked.
" I didn't tell Nat about this. Do you think she's here?" Kai asked.
" Oh definitely." An all too familiar voice said from behind her.
Kai turned around with a guilty smile.

" Natty!" Kai said.
" Come here youngling." Nat held her arms out.
Kai smiled genuinely and hugged her. Nat wrapped her arms around Kai and hugged her tightly.
" I missed you." Kai said.
" I missed you too. Now explain." Nat told her.
" Well it's actually a funny story-Steve? What are you doing here?" Kai did a double take.
" Nat and I were in DC together when she got the letter from your headmaster. Thought I come and see what's so amazing this school that you leave home every year." Steve told her.

" Well-uh hope you like it I guess. I think it's all pretty much bullshit but feel free to make you're own opinions." Kai said.
Then she looked to the side and saw Harry awkwardly standing there.
" Oh my god, Nat this is Harry. My boyfriend." Kai introduced them.
" Hello Miss Romanoff." Harry said shaking her hand.
" Please call me Natasha. It's so nice to finally meet you Harry. Kai talks about you constantly." Nat told him.

Harry smiled.
" Nat." Kai scolded.
Nat just smirked back at her.
" Harry this is Steve Rogers. Steve this is Harry Potter." Kai introduced them.
" Nice to meet you Captain." Harry said switching to his hand.
" You as well young man. Now, I may have only known Kai for a couple of months but I know she's a special girl and deserves to be treated with the up most respect." Steve told him.

" Oh sweet Jesus." Kai slapped her hand to her head.
" I understand sir. And I promise that she'll be treated with nothing else while she's with me." Harry gulped nervously.
" Good answer kid." Nat told him.
" You guys need to meet the Weasley's! Come, come." Kai changed the subject.

They walked over to a group of redheads. The group consisted of Molly, Arthur, Bill, and Charlie.
" Oo come give me a hug. I'm so proud of both of you." Molly held her arms out and hugged them.
" Yes youngest Tri-Wizard Champions in wizard history." Arthur said.
Molly pulled away from the kids.

" Yeah eternal glory. Don't you too already have enough of that?" Charlie teased.
" Yeah well we saw you received an award from the ministry for being Dragon Keeper of the year so we had to step it up to outshine you." Kai teased right back.
" You are a little shit you know that?" Charlie asked hugging her.
Kai laughed as she hugged back.

" No offense Kai but I'm surprised you made this far in a magical competition." Bill told her.
" I can't believe you've made it that long with that haircut. You still in padawan training or something? What's going on there?" Kai asked referring to the small braid Bill was wearing in his hair.
" Hilarious Star Wars jokes. You're so cool Kai." Bill teased.

" Mhm sarcastic you are. Ready to be Jedi, you are not." Kai said in a Yoda voice.
Charlie laughed and Bill looked unamused.
" Kai are these you're parents?" Molly asked.
" Oh well kinda. This is Nat my guardian, and this is our friend Steve." Kai introduced them.
" Nice to meet you." Nat smiled.
" You too dear. I'm Molly Weasley, Ron's mom." Molly said.
" Oh yes, Kai went to the thing with you guys this summer." Nat realized.

" Yes. It's so nice to meet the woman who raised Kai. We just love her, the whole family." Molly told her.
" That's sweet. Kai loves you all too, she talks very highly about you and your family." Nat told her.
Molly beamed and looked over at Kai who was talking to Harry, Bill and Charlie.
" If you need anything ever don't be shy to ask me. Anything we can do for Kai would be a privilege." Molly told her.

" Thank you that's very kind I'll keep that in mind." Nat nodded.
Fleur walked over to Kai and Harry.
" We have to go back now." She told them.
" Damn okay." Kai sighed.
Fleur looked at Bill. He smiled at her. She blushed and walked away. Then Kai looked at Bill and wiggled her eyebrows at him.

" Don't you have somewhere to be?" Bill asked.
Kai smiled before walking back to Nat and Steve.
" We gotta go. But I'll see you two later after the task." Kai told them.
" Okay. Hey be safe out there alright?" Steve said pulled her into a side hug.
" I will, thanks Rogers." Kai nodded.
They pulled away and Nat and Kai made eye connect.

Nat opens her arms and Kai immediately walked into them. Nat slouched down a tap and Kai looked up so their foreheads were resting on one another.
" Please be safe out there Kai. I've heard how dangerous this tournament is from the other families. I need you to walk out of that task okay? I need you to be okay." Nat told her in Russian.
" I'll be okay Nat. I promise I'll be back." Kai said back.

" I love you kid." Nat told her in English as she pulled away.
" Love you more red." Kai told her.
Nat smiled as Kai and Harry started to walk away. Steve placed his hand in her shoulder.
" She's going to be okay, she's tough." Steve told her.
" I know. But she's also in love. Is he tough?" Nat asked looking at him.

" You think of something goes wrong she'll risk herself for him?" Steve asked.
" I know so. That's who Kai is, loyal to a fault." Nat told him.
