On Saturday night Harry pulled Kai into the empty common room.
" Harry? What are we doing?" Kai asked.
" Sirius sent me a letter saying that we three needed to talk in person. He said he would be here." Harry told her quietly.
" Isn't he suppose to be hiding?" Kai asked.
" I don't know, it's just what the letter said." Harry shrugged.

" Okay well should we look around for him in dog form or-" Kai started.
" Harry! Kai!" They heard a voice call.
They looked around and saw no one.
" In the fireplace!" Sirius told them.
They walked over to the fireplace and saw the front of Sirius's head sticking up from the hot coals.

" Oh my god. This is pretty cool. Can you feel the heat from the fire? Are you burning your face just to talk to us?" Kai asked.
" And ruin this beautiful face? I don't think so. It's magic Kai." Sirius told her.
" It's magic Kai." She mocked in a high pitched voice.
" I will spit fire at you." Sirius threatened.
" Try. I dare you." Kai challenged.

" Guys we have to focus on the matter at hand." Harry broke up their bickering.
" Right, first things first. Did you two actually put you're names in the goblet?" Sirius asked.
" What? No." Harry told him.
" Okay I had to ask. Now tell me about this dream you had. You mentioned Wormtail and Voldemort but who was the other man?" Sirius asked.

" I don't know." Harry said.
" You didn't hear a name?" Sirius asked.
" No. Voldemort was-giving him a job. He wanted me. And this man was to somehow get to me. But it's just a dream right?" Harry said not truly believing his own words.
Kia placed her hand on his shoulder and gave it a sympathetic squeeze.
" Yes, just a dream. Listen Harry, the deatheater attack, your and Kai's name in the goblet, Kai receiving threatening letters-" Sirius started.

" You told him about my letters?" Kai asked.
" He's your uncle." Harry defended.
" Could you let me finish Kai or do you always need to interrupted? Okay anyways, as I was saying..these aren't all coincidence. Hogwarts is no longer safe the devil is in the walls. Igor Karkaroff was a deatheater and you don't just stop being a deatheater. Then there's cold hearted Barty Crouch, sent his own son to Azkaban." Sirius told them.
" You think they put our names in?" Harry asked.

" I haven't a clue who but your names in there. But whoever did is no friend to either of you. People die in this tournament." Sirius explained.
" I'm not ready for this Sirius." Harry told him.
" And I don't want to do this." Kai said.
" You two don't have a choice." Sirius told them.

Kai heard footsteps and looked over her shoulder. She saw a shadow getting close.
" Someones coming." Kai said.
" Keep your friends close." Sirius told them before disappearing.
Harry and Kai stood up as Ron walked into the room.
" What are y'all doing?" Ron asked.

" Talking."
" Making out."
They answered at the same time. Then they looked at each other.
" Making out while talking." Kai tried covering up their lie.

" Of course. Maybe you two will become the new it couple. Tri Wizard Champions perfect couple. Like Brad and Jennifer." Ron scoffed.
" Have you been reading my magazines?" Kai asked.
" There very in site-full." Ron defended.
Kai laughed and shook her head.
" Come on Ron you can't actually be mad at us." Kai said.

" Well I am." Ron told her.
" Too bad, cause I'm not bad at you. That means we're still friends. It's a two-way street and I still trust you. So do with that information as you wish. I'm heading back to my common room." Kai told them.
She lend over and pecked Harry's cheek before leaving.

Kai and Harry sat underneath a tree as Neville stood in the lake looking at the plants. Kai was reading the daily prophet while Harry lend his head against her shoulder and rested his head.
" Uh guys." Neville pointed behind them.
Harry lifted his head off Kai's shoulder and they looked behind them.

Ron, Hermione and Ginny were walking towards them.
" Oh great what does he want?" Harry stood up and offered Kai his hand.
Kai took it and stood up as well. They meet the three in the middle.
" Ronald would like me to tell you two that Seamus told him, that Dean was told by Parvati that Hagrid's looking for you two." Hermione told them.

" Really? Well, you can tell him-wait what?" Harry asked.
" Hagrid told Parvati, who told Dean, who told Seamus, who told Ron, who told Hermione to tell us that Hagrid is looking for us." Kai told him.
" What?" Harry asked again.
" Hagrid's looking for us." Kai simplified.
" Yes that's it. Hagrid is looking for you two." Hermione nodded.

" Well you can tell Ronald that-" Harry started.
" I'm not an owl!" Hermione snapped.
" I'll meet you in Gryffindor later okay." Kai told him as she caught up with Hermione.
Hermione sighed in relief and hugged her best friend.
" You. Stay." Hermione told Ron.
Then the three girls walked off, needing some time away from the boys.

That night Harry and Kai met Hagrid out in the woods.
" Did ya bring you're fathers cloak like I told ya Harry?" Hagrid asked.
" Yeah I did, but what are we doing Hagrid?" Harry asked.
" You'll see soon enough now pay attention this is important." Hagrid told them.
" What's with the flower? And have you comb your hair?" Harry asked.

" As a matter of a fact I have. Maybe you should try it sometime. Look at Kai always neat, lookin' nice for you, you should do the same yourself." Hagrid told him.
" I agree." Kai nodded.
" I try for you." Harry told her quietly.
Kai chuckled on how serious Harry was taking this.

They heard a low growl.
" Hagrid what creature just made that noise?" Kai asked.
Before Hagrid could answer another voice spoke up.
" Hagrid?" The voice with a French accent asked.
" Put the cloak on." Hagrid told them.

Harry placed his arm around Kai's waist, pulled her close and paved the cloak around them.
" Bonsoir Olympe." Hagrid approached the tall woman.
" Hello Hagrid. I was worried you would show up. That perhaps you had forgotten me." Olympe told him.
" Oh Olympe, I could never forget you." Hagrid told her.

" That's sweet." Kai said at the exact same time Harry gaged.
Kai looked at him. He looked over at her.
" It's like you never want to get laid." Kai told him.
" Laid? What's that suppose to mean?" Harry asked.
" It's like I'm dating a homeschooled kid." Kai said mostly to herself.

" What is that you wanted to show me?" Olympe asked.
" You'll be glad you came." Hagrid told her as he led her further into the forest.
Suddenly the noises got louder and they saw dragons in cages with people trying to keep them from burning down everything in site.
" I think this is closest I'll ever come to shitting my pants." Kai said.

" Dragons? That's the first task?" Harry asked Hagrid once Olympe was out of earshot.
" Come on, dragons are incredibly misunderstood creatures. Although, the horn tail is particularly nasty." Hagrid told them.
" Is that Charlie?" Kai asked.
" Yeah he brought them over from Romania. Poor Ron nearly fainted at the sight of them. Didn't Ron tell you two?" Hagrid asked.

" No, he didn't tell us a thing." Harry said.
" Why didn't Charlie tell me? I thought we bonded this summer." Kai shook her head obviously heartbroken.
Harry looked at her.
" In two days?" Harry asked.
" I'm very likable Harry." Kai said.
" Don't I know it." Harry nodded.
