Junghope (sweet)

Jungkook were sitting in the dark of his room in his and Jimin's apartment. He had his legs pressed against his chest and tears were streaming down his face. When he came home he had refused to talk to Jimin, despite Jimin's many attempts. He locked himself in the room and that's where he had been for hours. A knock sounded on the door.

"Go away!" Jungkook yelled and curled himself up even more.

"Jungkook, is Hoseok." Jungkook debated whenever to open the door. Hoseok might me able to cheer him up and he always felt happy in his presence. He sighed deeply as he walked to the door and unlocked it. As soon as he had turn the key, he sat down on the bed again, in the same position as before. Hoseok carefully intered the room, when he saw Jungkook's face he tried not to cry himself.

"Jimin is really worried about you. Why haven't you answered?" Hoseok asked. He were sitting next to Jungkook.

"I didn't feel like talking to Jimin, because I know what he's going to say." Jungkook said, the stream of tears, didn't stop.

"Will you tell what happend?" Hoseok asked. Jungkook were avoiding his eyes because he knew that when he was going to tell this, Hoseok would get mad. After all Jungkook were the youngest in their friend group of seven so they were very protecting.

"It's my ex-boyfriend." Jungkook knew he had to say everything in one go or he would never be able to say it. "He, apparently have been cheating on me with this whole time. Today I caught him with one of them. I wanted him to explain but he didn't even care. He told me right to my face that he did that all the time. He said I'm stupid for believing he didn't do such thing and is my fault I hadn't figured it out sooner. I started to cry and he just made fun of me so I left and he yelled that it was over anyway." Jungkook said and the tears started again.

"He did what to you? I'm going to kick his ass! Nobody hurts you like that!" Hoseok said raising his voice. Jungkook shook his head.

"Please I just want to forget him. Right now all I need is someone who cares." Jungkook wanted the comfort he knew Hoseok could give. When Hoseok saw the look on Jungkook's face, he fell down. He put a hand around Jungkook's shoulder and Jungkook rested his head on Hoseok. "I feel so stupid!"

"You're not stupid! You're just in love." Hoseok said even though it pained him to say such thing. Both because he liked Jungkook but also because Jungkook deserved better.

"I don't think you can call it love. I know I said I loved him but I don't think it was real. I don't know why I couldn't see it sooner. You all tried to warn me. You hated him and I kept defending him even though he was aweful to me. He always treating me like shit, he made me do things for him and he talked so badly about me to his friends, even though I was there. He would call me his slave and such things." Jungkook admitted for the first time. Hoseok could feel himself getting mad again but he stayed calm for Jungkook.

"I didn't know he treated you that bad. I knew he wasn't a good guy but not to that extent." Hoseok said, he pulled Jungkook closer to himself without realising. Jungkook's heartbeat went up and he felt safe like nothing bad could harm him and he knew why, he was just too afraid to admit it. "Why would you let him treat you like that? You just said you didn't love him so why?"

"Honestly? I think is because I don't know anything else. My parents are divorced and my mom had a boyfriend like that too before she kicked him out. Luckly she met someone else and was strong enough to do that but it took some time." Jungkook explained. "Also..." Jungkook trailed off.

"Also?" Hoseok asked, knowing something was up.

"I-I think it was a cover up because I like someone else and giving the situation I grew up with, I guess I'm scared because I don't know if the person likes me back. Even if he does, how do I know is not going to leave me heartbroken?"

"You can't. But is a chance you gotta take in life. It might be hard but every relationship is a risk but is also beautiful even if it breaks. The only question is are you willing to take the risk? Or do you want to live a safe life?" Hoseok said.

"What do you think? Is it worth it?" Jungkook asked, hoping Hoseok knew it was him, he talked about.

"Is up to you but I would personally do it. Because if you take the risk and the person likes you back is the most amazing feeling in the world." Hoseok said. Jungkook nodded and pulled his head back. Jungkook wanted to take that risk. Their faces were close as they stared into each others eyes. With no words being said, they agreed to take that risk together. They leaned in and kissed. Hoseok was right. It felt amazing knowing that Hoseok felt the same. When they pulled away Jungkook was crying again.

"What? Was I so bad." Hoseok asked confused.

"No. These are happy tears. I'm just really emotionel." Jungkook said feeling slightly embarresed.

"Good. You scared me." Hoseok said "So you are willing to take the risk?"

"Yes I am. Though can we maybe keep it a secret for the others? Just for a while? I just need to sort out my head." Jungkook asked and held Hoseok's hand.

"Of course. Just know that the pain is over now okay?" Hoseok asked. Jungkook nodded and nuzzled his head into the crook of Hoseok's neck. They stayed like that for a while before Jimin carefully knocked on the door. They moved a little away and told him to come in. When he walked in, he looked so worried Jungkook couldn't help but hug him and say sorry for not answering him. He quickly forgave him and they invited the rest of the boys over to cheer up Jungkook. It did work but mostly it was the fact, he decided to take a risk with Hoseok. He kept looking at him and couldn't help but smile. He couldn't wait to see where the relationship would go.
