Your POV

The pain that appeared in Jason's face was like nothing I had ever seen before.
His tears fell as if I had died right in front of him. "Y/n," His voice cracked. "Please let me explain, I-"

"How the hell can you explain this any of this, Jason?" I threw my arms up in hurt and anger. "I saw what I saw, I was just a prize to you." I shook my head and stood up, my body quivering. "I want you to take me home."

His eyes were pleading and lost.
He knew what I meant, but he asked to clarify. "What do you mean, home?"

"My old home." I tried desperately to stop myself crying.

Jason looked stunned.
"There's no one there, who's gonna look after you?" His breathing visibly quickened, and I could see how much this really was affecting him.

"I'm a big girl, Jason." I scowled.

He shook his head frantically and the tears on his cheeks glistened in the dim light. "Please don't leave me," he begged. "I can't be without you."

"And I can't be with you," my voice shook. "Not anymore."

Neither of us said anything after that,
Nothing happened either.
It was just the two of us, staring into each-others eyes.
Jason's were filled with guilt and pain, but I knew he saw nothing but betrayal in mine.

The next thing I knew, I was sat in the back of the truck, buried in Jason's hoodie -
He had insisted that I put it on, otherwise it would mean escaping in black lingerie.
The whole gang were here, but not even Alara could comfort me as I sobbed into my hands whilst Jason watched in pure guilt.
Matt was driving back to his place.
Believe it or not, I had never been there before, but it was only going to be temporary -
So I could shower, eat and get ready to go home.

I shivered uncontrollably, but no one dared to wrap their arms around me to try and warm me up. I wouldn't have allowed it anyway, I didn't want any of these people touching me.

I didn't want any part of any of them anymore.

------------------

A gentle and unsure knock echoed through Matt's bathroom just as I had stepped out the shower and wrapped a white, fluffy towel around my aching body.
"Who is it?" I pressed the heels of my hands to my eyes and groaned.

"Jason." A familiar voice said from behind the door. "Can I come in?"
You again?

"No."
The word had barely left my mouth before the door handle twisted and Jason entered.
I gestured with my hands, shrugging. "What did I just tell you?"

"Fuck what you just told me, Y/n," he shook his head and hopped up onto the counter and grabbed my hands, catching me slightly off guard. "I can't do this, I don't want you leave."

I pulled back, hatred scorching through my lungs as I breathed heavier. "You're not doing this to me," I spat. "I can't believe you even have the nerve to ask me to stay. After everything you've done?"

"What about everything we've been through?" His voice cracked. "Are you just gonna throw it all away?" He paused, his eyes glistening. "Are you gonna throw us away?"

"Was there ever really an us, Jason?" My hands trembled and I wanted to fucking slap him. "You never even asked me to be your girlfriend, at the end of the day, we always went to bed as nothing. Me and you were nothing!"
Of course we were something.
We must've had something.
But the anger and pain that he had caused me only lead me to spit out words of abhorrence.
