Y/N's POV:

I'm walking down the corridor with my mother's journal in my hands, I sit next to Demi on the couch and show it to her who just smiles.

"You know, see when your gonna have kids? They're gonna read this and make fun of you just like we do with your mom." Demi chuckles out. I roll my eyes and scoff at this,

"Ok, but my mom was a bitch. So, we're allowed too."

"You mean you are?"

"No, we are. She hated you for no reason. Literally no reason. You were amazing to me, and she didn't care. Because she didn't care about me. So, yes, you're allowed too complain and moan and bitch about her for as long as you wish. I won't disagree." I explain to her, who then places an arm around me and we rest the side of our heads against one another,

"I'm sorry about your mom."

"It's okay, dude. She gave me a life and if I wasn't born I wouldn't have met my platonic soulmate!" I exclaim which made Demi laugh and push me away,

"Don't say that, gross." Demi dismisses which makes me laugh with a wide smile on my face, she looks around and I see my friend Hailee who was smiling and staring at us, I blush at this and wave to her, Hailee waves back and went back to reading her book, I feel Demi hit my shoulder; I turn to her. "Don't do it."

"Do what?"

"You like her..." She breathes out, "As much as I want you to date, I just don't know if she's the best one."

"And you're deciding it for me?"

"I'm your person right? So, please? For me? Izzie wanted me to ask you if you two could just... not have sex. Hailee's been through a lot relationship wise and so have you."

"Doesn't that make it perfect though?" I ask as I move in front of Demi with a huge smile on my face,

"I thought so and I sorta want you two together but Izzie has worries and she doesn't want you two to get worse." Demi explains to me, I sigh and we stop walking.

"Can I at least talk... to her?" I mock which makes Demi scoff,

"You're mean."

"I'm not!" I dismiss with a huge smile,

"Oh, shut up." Demi scoffs out and nods her head, "You are."

"Only a little, but you love it!" I call out as Demi had started to walk away, "Demi, wait up!" I exclaim and run after her, I jump on her back and Demi catches me before spinning around a few times then setting me down, both of us giggling and I couldn't help but look in Hailee's direction to see her smiling and shaking her head at our antics while she went back to her book. Demi walks ahead and I run over to Hailee,

"Hello, there." I grin out charmingly, Hailee sighs and looks up at me.

"Hi there." Hailee grins out with a smile, looking at my whole outfit before her eyes meet mines again, I can see a little blush on her cheeks while she's probably embarrassed how I caught her.

"How do you do, cowgirl?" I ask her, with a smile which made her scoff, Hailee stands up and sets the book down, we both hug and I stand up further and smile, I wrap one arm around her neck as Hailee tucks her head into my neck.
