I wake up one morning with a sharp pain in my stomach. As I run to the bathroom I see blood. Not knowing what was wrong I clean up and instantly go to the doctors office.
While I'm there the doctor comes back and sits down. "I'm sorry Mr.Lightwood but you lost the baby."
I look at the doctor in shock and look down. " I know you don't want to hear this but this baby was a miracle."
"How?" I said with tears in my eyes.
"You're body can't have children. No matter if you get pregnant you will lose it or you just won't become pregnant. It was a miracle you've had her this long. I'm sorry Mr.Lightwood."
I nod my head and walk out the door heading back home. Once I come home I see Magnus on the couch. "Hey baby, where you've been?"
"Walking." I say to Magnus. I can't tell Magnus yet, I don't know how to.
