"Come on my car is this way." Mangus says leading me to a row of cars across the street. He pulls out his keys and pushes the unlock button making a car light up. Getting closer I look at Magnus in shock.
"That can't be your car."
"It is." Magnus says, "why? Do you not like fast cars? I can get us a new car or I'll go slow if you want me too." Magnus says.
"No, no. Its fine. I'm just shocked that you could afford a car that looks like this. What is it?"
"It's a 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren." Magnus says proudly.
"Well come on now. You must be cold and I don't want you to be sick." Mangus says opening the passenger door. It opens up and the door goes up like wings. I smile to myself and get in the car.
After closing the door he gets in to and we drive off. About thirty minutes later we approach a super fancy neighborhood that looks out to the HollyWood sign.
Soon we pull into a super nice house and I look at Magnus in shock again.
"Are you rich or something?"
"Actually, yes. I own the largest company in California. I'm actually a millionaire." Mangus says, "but I want you to feel like this is your home too. The last thing I want to do is brag to you about money. Trust me most people normally talk to me just because of that."
"I won't take advantage of you like that. I'm happy you took me in. Even if you lived in a trailer it's better than a park bench." I say smiling looking at his giant house.
We park the car in the garage and he leads me inside. He then takes me upstairs into a giant bedroom.
"Um so this is your room. You can stay as long as you need to and I can have some clothes delivered here tomorrow for you. Um the bathroom is over there, those doors lead to a patio and that door leads to the closet." Mangus says. He looks around awkwardly and steps out of the room.
"Well um, sleep well. I'll see you tomorrow okay?" He says. He looks around the room again and then goes down the hallway entering a room. I shut the door quietly and go over and sit on the bed looking around.
Knowing I'll be safe here and I'm finally away from Mark I lay down in bed and fall asleep.
