I picture sam to be the soft parent
like if your kid was playing with their toys but it was time to eat dinner
he would be like "come on love, give daddy the toy." all soft n stuff
and they would just be like "no!" and he would look over at you like a puppy with its tail between its legs
and you would walk over and you would say, "can I have the toy please?"
and they would give it to you immediately
"see, its not that hard!"
another thing is I think sam would be the type of dad who will do anything to embers their children in public
like he will go out of his way to do that
