Is your pen name your legal name? If no, then how did you make up one?

No, my pen name isn't my legal name. When I first started Wattpad, I used to have this really savage looking young girl with a 'no nonsense' attitude as my display picture. The first thing that came into my mind after seeing her was: Materialistic duff. I really liked it in a funny way. And hence cut is as MTDUFF. That's like the most ridiculous thing you have ever heard probably. *embarrassing *

How many books have you published till date?

No I'm not a published author yet. I have a long way to go but one day I definitely aspire to be one.

What are your future projects?

A lot of them actually, I really want to try Teen fiction and suspense thriller soon. Very soon.

What is writing to you?

Writing is control for me. It's freedom. When I write something, I'm filled with a satisfaction of creating a world of my own. My escape hub. A place so intimate to me. I love making and playing with my puppets. The fun in it is indescribable. I learn a lot too.

Is being an author, your long time dream or a hidden passion you found out later?

I love reading books. It's an addiction. I adore every aspect about it but it's only recently that I discovered how liberating writing is. It has no bounds and boundaries. I like it, thus decided to work on it.

What genre books you like to work on?

I love Romance and suspense thriller. I love guessing and being caught completely off guard. I love passionate love stories. I would like to improvise and enhance my writing in these particular genres

If we challenge you to write a book of another genre we suggest, then would you take it up?

Of course! I would love that!! I'm up for the challenge.

Writing is a reality that paints a beautiful fantasy. What do you think are the charms of writing fiction/non fictional books?

I am an avid reader of both fiction and non fiction books. However when I'm writing I mostly stick to Fiction. Yes writing is such a beautiful way of expressing a story, narrating an enchanting world and trying to live in it.

Creating an impeccable world with its minor heart wrenching flaws, also imagining such magical beings and hoping to meet them soon. I strictly believe it, that the characters I get inspired from they are somewhere around. So the charm in it is being able to let your exploration run wild.

Who are your favorite authors in and out of wattpad?

My favourite authors here on Wattpad are Iamnikki1 and RobThier

My recent obsession is Margaret Rogerson.

My readers are very dear to me and they are quiet a few. So I have got a lovely bunch but to be specific, it has to be CosmicAlbatross. She is the one who inspired to me pen my thoughts down.

What is your favorite series you have recently watched or read?

I love Storm and Silence series here on Wattpad.

Who is your favorite actor/actress?

My favourites actors are Ryan Gosling and Jason Momoa. My favourite actress has to be Blake Lively undoubtably.

Who is your favorite Villain you couldn't help but love?

None so far, but I growing to be fond of Terence Rodriguez, my book's male protagonist and somewhere an antagonist too.

What are your hobbies other than writing and reading?

It's a hard one because writing and reading are just indispensable to me.

Okay, I love playing chess and irritating my elder sister. My favourite past time if not for the other two.

What are your hidden talents?

16. I have got a sassy mouth. So humour is something you can count on. I'm also deeply philosophical and I love astrology.

Who is your first celebrity crush?

Alright I have got many, but my first ever crush has to be Benjamin Thomas Barnes, Prince Caspian from The chronicles of Narnia (series)

What is the most embarrassing situation that you have ever been through?

I'm a certified klutz. I'm extremely clumsy and often mess up with my steps. I was at a party and it was prim and big. I was acting fun and dancing, but the next thing I know is I'm smooching the ground. *Awkward*

One craziest thing you have ever done?

Laughing my guys out for no apparent reason. Trying to Romance an animal and gossiping with babies.

There are many authors who just started their journey and many readers who want to write but have no courage to do so. Please give them a tip and a word of encouragement.

Be confident about your stories and trust your gut. If you want to experiment writing do not step back. Most importantly try not to compare your work with others and do not put yourself down. Have no regrets. Life is too short to overthink, so just do it!

Last but not the least, have you ever dreamt of writing your own comic?

Somewhere deep down yes but that thought still needs to be shaped. If given an opportunity, I will do it.
