Tonight is your first date with Taylor and to say you're nervous would be an understatement. You wanted everything to be perfect.
There was a knock at the door. You glanced at the clock on the wall, seven pm, right on time. You took one last look in the mirror and straightened out your dress once more before grabbing your phone and walking towards the door.
You opened it and saw Taylor looking to the side as she studied all the surroundings of your house. Once she saw the door open she looked at you, a big smile on her face and a few words on the tip of her tongue that quickly fled her mind when she saw you.
"Whoa" was all she could say. She looked you up and down, her eyes lit up in a way that you've never seen before.
"Do I look alright?" You played with your own fingers, your nerves starting to get to you again.
"Do you look alright? Y/n you look beautiful, absolutely gorgeous." She grabbed your hand and laced her fingers with yours for the first time making you feel like your stomach was doing summersaults.
"You ready?" She smiled at you and you smiled back at her shyly, ready to see what the night had in store.
