Shawn got up and out of the bed.
Me: "What are you doing?"
Shawn: "Imma ask who it was"
Me: "No! Shawn! You can't"
Shawn: "Why not?" He looked at me, confused.
Me: "Cuz then everyone who's downstairs will know. We need to go downstairs and just say that I slept in Aaliyah's room."
Shawn: "Yeah. But what if Aaliyah went in her room and she didn't see you"
Me: "Shit"
We were both trying to find a way for me to get out of the house without any one seeing me. Shawn went to see downstairs, there was a lot of people.
Me: "What if..." I said looking at his big window.
Shawn: "No! Claire, it's too dangerous! I don't want you to hurt yourself"
I got up and walked to the window.
Me: "It's not that high" I lied.
Shawn: "Claire I dont-"
Me: "Is there any other way?" I cut him.
Shawn: "Claire please we'll-"
Me: "Shawn, please. I don't want anyone to see me here."
Shawn sighed.
Shawn: "I'm gonna go outside to catch you"
Me: "Thanks"
Shawn got out of the room and I sat on the corner of the window, waiting to jump.
Damn it was kinda high. It was definitely scarier than what I thought it would be. Shawn was finally there, his arms waiting for me.
Shawn: "Claire, please. Be careful."
Me: "Count to three" I said, shaking.
Shawn: "One"
Me: "I can do this" I said to myself, whispering.
Shawn: "Two"
I took a deep breath.
Shawn: "Three!"
