My eyes slightly opened, but immediately closed when the light hit my eyes. I scrunched my face and groaned at the feeling.
I heard a light chuckled next to me, realizing I wasn't alone. I hid my face in the pillow, knowing how disgusting I look in the morning.
Shawn: "Good morning, sleepyhead" he said in his low rusky morning voice.
Damn. Okay. I didn't know his voice in the morning sounded 100 times hotter.
He moved closer and moved a strand of hair out of my face. He gently kissed the side of my face because I was still on the pillow, hiding.
Me: "What time is it?" I asked, my voice sounding extremely disgusting.
Shawn: "Ehm, 2:30pm"
Me: "Whaat?!?" I said, jumping up, looking at Shawn.
He chuckled at me and then just looked at me, without saying anything, he just nodded. That's when I realized that he could see my disgusting morning face. I immediately covered my face with my pillow, making Shawn chuckle.
Me: "Don't look at me. I look hideous."
Shawn: "Hunny, don't say that. Come here" he said, pulling me closer to him.
I moved closer to Shawn and he wrapped his arms around me.
Me: "Have you been awake for long?"
Shawn: "No, not that much"
Me: "How much time?"
Shawn: "Like, an hour and a half, probably"
Me: "Shawn! Why didn't you wake me up?!? That's a really long time!", I said, my voice muffled into Shawn's chest.
Shawn: "No, I couldn't wake you up. You were so cute" he said, chuckling.
